How Emerson Alcott Academy is Making A Difference

Lower Student: Teacher Ratio:  with teacher assistants in the classroom helping the teacher our student to teacher ratio is 1:12.

Director of Curriculum – performing regular teacher Builder evaluations, ensuring curriculum is taught as planned.

Positive Attitude – Positive attitude portrayed throughout school, attitude of gratitude instilled in children (grateful people are happy people) Board and Staff will be expected to model positive behavior for children.

Strict Rules – Rules and policies will be in place, and be enforced.  Disciplinary action will take place when necessary.  This will ensure the success of our school.  See parent handbook for list of policies.

Fine Arts – Arts in all varieties will be incorporated into the curriculum where ever possible.  We believe this will make learning more fun, as well as help children retain what they have learned for a longer period of time.
